Scary Maze App Reviews

I like the concept of this app, however with that said, the app didnt live up to what it said it would do. It quit repeadly on the second and third level, never allowing me to see if the app would be able to scare anyone. Im highly disappointed but I love games like this but, it just simply did not work. If the app is fixed I will probably download again.

Love this app!!! Works every time haha! However Ive had some problems with it not always recording with my iSight camera which really ruins the point. Ive also had a problem where the recording wouldve play through QuickTime. But it does work a lot of the time!

Though the game itself is actually quite slick, the "scare" at the end is neither loud or scary-looking enough to actually conjure up any fright (I tried it on someone on full volume, and it pretty much didnt work). Part of the problem here, is that the volume of "scare" is not that much louder than the volume of the background music, so when it comes into action, it is not exactly "startling."

this works great dont know what the other people are complaining for it will scare anybody

the idea of the video recording is great love it! gotta tho get rid of the background music, and tripple the volume of the scare! looking foward to the update!;)

It works alright, but it doesnt seem to take a picture….maybe Im doing something wrong.

eh i thought it was ok,,,,,.the guy at the end was not scary in fact i thought it was funny and i dont like that if u mess up it will start all over again

Worked great in 10.7, but now it isnt saving the video. iSight is working just fine.

For the scare part to come up, you have to get to a certain part of the maze. But it is so hard to get there! So hard, if fact, that some of the kids I tried to sucker with this app could not get to that point! Hell, I could barly do it! Maybe you could offer a choice of mazes? Some not so hard? Maybe? Hmm?

The idea is nice, just every time I finish level 3 it crashes… Running Yosemite

how do i get the music to stop playing. The music is driving me mad. I deleted th eapp and the music is still there. I am being drivin crazy !!!

Overall, the game functions the way it was suppose to. It is a funny app to prank your friends with and see their video reactions. The level designs were simple and pleasant to look at. The mouse controls are pretty smooth. The user interface at the main menu were not overwhelming and it is very easy to navigate through the menus. To be honest, the only reason I clicked on this app in the first place was because of the icon, it is quite the interesting choice of image. Nevertheless, for a free prank app, it’s worth checking out at the very least. The only problem is that the video functionality is not working as intended. It activates the Mac camera upon playing the game, but the supposed recorded reaction is nowhere to be found, possible not even saved.
